Excellent food! But they outright scam you with extra meat. If you tell them "extra" or "double" meat, they will give you two half scoops, instead of an extra regular scoop. I have tested this a few times in a few ways. My wife and I have ordered the same thing except l'll order extra meat, but we end up getting the same amount, but I still pay extra.
Here's the trick to not getting scammed: Tell them what meat you want, wait for them to scoop it, THEN tell them "actually, can I make that double meat?" It always throws them through a loop because they clearly never inteded to actually give you the extra meat - they just wabt to charge for it.
And its multiple employees who do this, so it looks like something they've been trained to do.
Update: They know about the trick to avoid the scam so they ask you if you want extra meat first. Just lie then say you changed your mind.
This particular location also needs new managment. Twice this month they've closed the counter early due to insufficent staff to keep up with demand (that I'm aware of). They lock the door and tell people they can't take orders at the counter. But online and drive through orders still go through, so they have to keep making those.
This feels like someone is padding metrics. Customers cant ask for more stuff like rice and beans and salsa if they cant see it being made, and online / drivethrough orders are always smaller by about 50% even if you dont ask for extra at the counter. So they're forcing everyone to order that way for huge chunks of the day. I was in a group of about 15 people that all got turned away just before noon on a thursday. This happened about a week or so earlier too around 5:00 because someone didnt come in to work. Whoever is writing the schedule needs to get in there for some rush hours and see how the place runs when they're not around.

Update: This place has turned around. Its fully staffed for the lunch rush. The portion sizes are back to what they used to be. Service is fast and friendly, and I swear somehow the food got better. Good...

Read moreI placed an order using the app to pick up. My order was not ready at the designated time, which was ok because they were very busy. As I waited for my order, the gal working was rude and snapped at me when I asked about my order. They had at least a dozen staff members but they were not well organized at all. Only one, sometimes two, people were filling orders to pick up. The counter where the food was prepared was filthy, the trash can was overflowing and I saw one team member pushing the trash down into the can with his gloves on and then continuing to prepare food without changing his gloves.
I ordered the quesadilla and it was six layers of tortilla on one side and one ripped soggy layer on the other. It was jammed into a kids meal tray and completely falling apart. The outside of the tray was dirty and the button we ordered was not fully wrapped up. No care was given to preparing food. Our bottled drinks were thrown into the bags on top of hot food.
