Picked this motel through Chase with points for a one night stay on a road trip with my daughter. Wasn't expecting much, but our experience was both sad and funny. So glad I didn't have to stay more than one night. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. and the young man (very polite and said it was his first day) at the desk said "Let me just check to see if your room is ready." What? It's way past check in time, but ok, whatever. Comes back, says all good and gives me keys. 1. The toilet is running and there is no shower curtain. OK, that was taken care of while we went to eat. 2. Bathroom is super tiny, and there is nowhere to put personal items except back of toilet. Go to wash face, and cannot control the heat of the water which was literally scalding. Call my daughter as I have soap on my face and eyes to turn on the tub for cold water and she can barely turn the knob, but she finally gets it and I get my face rinsed. Go to the office to inform them and no one is there and a sign on the door says staff have stepped out. Talked to my husband on phone and he suggests the cold water shutoff was not turned on (as we were informed it was their first day open for the season). So I check under the sink and sure enough, the cold water was never turned on. 3. Daughter takes a shower, and while I am on the phone I hear a loud noise, yell is everything OK? And find out the whole shower rod fell down and hit her on the shoulder as she stepped out. Now I am laughing trying to describe this all to my husband on the phone because I had an alcoholic beverage at dinner and could do nothing else but laugh, even though in reality it wasn't really funny. 4. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee makings, no cups for coffee or even water, a light bulb was out in the bathroom, and there were no extra blankets or tissue in the room even though I think that stuff is pretty standard. 5. The pop machine outside the office wasn't working. 6. There was no one in the office to address these things to, including when we checked out. If there was someone in the office when we checked out, I would have given them some grace and not written this review, but this is the only way I could inform them of these shortcomings.    Read moreI wouldnât recommend this motel specially if you have a baby. We booked this for one night and called them earlier to accommodate decent room since we have a 3 month old. They gave us the worst room so called economical room according to them. When called them to swap a room since it barely had any window and it was almost in basement of the property they said they were fully booked although we did check in a bit early. If they give you room number 22, do not take it and go somewhere else. There are serval issues with the room.. the room was clean but a bit moldy and no fresh air as it had smallest window in the property. The Air condition didnât work, we had the worst sleep ever. The sheets were super old, they were clean but old. When you paying more then $200 for a night, i expect a decent kept bed sheets and comforter. The hot water was leaking through the faucet, so if you have a kid be careful when showering. There was no service there and wifi does not even work in their rooms. So pretty much itâs hard to get network either way. So on a hot day, no air condition, small window where barely any wind could flow as this room was in the bottom of the hotel, bed was horrible, wifi didnât work, shower was horrible, mini vacation turned into tiring trip.

Who does that!! ||They wouldn't even offer a credit for a future visit ... that to me is awful customer service. Asked to speak to manager and agent refused, asked who was the owner, agent refused to tell me the name.. what is that?? STAY AWAY!! So many hotels in LG offer amazing customer service, so important as you are giving them your hard earned money. They don't care so stear clear. Choose another from the huge amount of hotels in LG. They are not worth you losing money or getting zero service...
