The Tower at Turning Stone — Hotel in Town of Verona

Frequent traveler here: Worst hotel experience ever! Pool and the locker room smelled of sewage. Staff are not accommodating what so ever. They refuse to give you new towels when requested. They hold all the towels hostage and it’s like visiting an escape room trying to crack the formula to get them out. It absolutely made the whole stay stressful and uncomfortable among other discrepancies. They even have a towel attendant in the fitness centre. If only they cared for the guests the way they care for the towels we would have had a relaxing stay. Valet parking was vey unreliable, ticket scanners did not work and the staff left our vehicle out un parked all night. There are no bath robes or towel hooks to reuse towels. The staff did not care about our concerns. They have not followed up to apologize. Staff said they would check the cameras saying they didn’t believe us that we did not receive fresh towels. -we felt unsafe at the hotel because of this quick assumption we were trying to steal towels. The casino attached is not very enjoyable when you are in such stressful accommodations. What an awful experience. I had such high expectations and hopes for the hotel. They definitely did not deserve 5 stars after this experience. Go to the other Casino Hotel instead. Much...

DO NOT STAY HERE AND USE VALET We waited 45 minutes for our car worried it was stolen or something as the guys came over repeatedly asking new details about the car. They then asked us multiple times if we came down or would’ve gotten a new ticket. When they finally found our car and brought it down, we had to show them the vehicle registration to PROVE that it was our vehicle. My heart is pounding from thinking the vehicle got stolen. They said “sorry, it could’ve possibly been on our end since you had a different ticket from the one in the vehicle.” ??? Check the cameras, we haven’t left the building one time and my ticket stayed right in the bag where I left it. Made us feel bad for their mistake that cost us a peaceful stay at the resort and ended it with our hearts racing and then made to feel bad like they didn’t believe it was our vehicle. We stayed in 1017/1018 just this past Sunday 10/23/2022. our stay was horrible. it's a corner room adjoining and the room's them-selves were really nice but, FULL OF FLIES AND STINK BUGS AND LADY BUGS. we called three times before anyone would respond and then a lady came to vacuum them up, we left for a few hours to get dinner, when we got back to room its was full of bugs again, then the host told us sorry but that is a corner room and it has bugs this time of year. all they would do is switch rooms but we had already settled.
