Food was underwhelming and service was very poor. I am Italian and know true Italian food; This was not it. I am also vegan and while they did have a vegan option, it was awful. It was a vegetable ravioli that was all processed. There was not anything fresh about this meal. Was very obvious that it was mass purchased and pulled out of the freezer. I have been to many restaurants that have talented chefs who are able to whip up a fresh pasta and vegetable dish that is very tasty. No options for something this simple to be done which tells you a lot about the kitchen and food they are serving. For the prices charged, the quality is unacceptable .

The service was absent from the time we were greeted to the time we left. Our seater seemed grumpy without a smile. When she sat us, the booth seat was dirty. Not even a “hold on let me get that cleaned for you”. Nope, she just stood there annoyed while I cleaned it with a napkin. I am not talking about a few bread crumbs, this was down right dirty with food. If they can’t get this customer facing aspect to be cleaned I would hate to see what the back looks like . Our server was useless. We had to track down other people for another drink, bread,, etc. she didn’t even check in after the first bites to see if everything was ok. My food ended up cold by the time we saw a worker to track her down. My husband finished his meal by the time I started on mine bc of this poor service. This place, in my opinion, is lacking the basics of customer service especially for the prices they are charging. Olive Garden rates higher on all aspects to this place.

I did not enjoy my time here and will avoid ever going back. For the prices they are charging: Food is low quality, service is poor and inattentive, cleanliness seems to be lacking. I would not recommend this...

My family eats here a lot. The food is always good. Really good! From portions to taste. We always request the same server because he is knowledgeable of the food and menu and just a pleasant fella. My family makes reservation so we are sure to get our server we like so much and a good table. This last time we made reservations we showed up at the restaurant and the lady hostess sat us at the worse table in the restaurant. This is the second time we were seated at this table. I asked the hostess if we could have a different table, and she "didn't answer" me at first. I asked her again, she just knotted her head "no". I said can you ask someone she said "hold on. Came right back and said "No". Mind you, there were 4 open tables around us. We are only a family of five. This hostess does not like to wear a smile either. Then the water girl came up behind my chair to full my water glass and spilled water on my head. The water girl didn't even say sorry and just walked away without filling the rest of the guest water at the table. As she was walking away I asked her to fill the rest of the water and she gave me a dirty look and walked away. I said to the rest of my family "do you see way I don't like sitting at this table". They agreed. Other then the service being unfriendly....except our server, like I said he's amazing. All I can really say about my last dinner here was the "FOOD WAS GOOD, that's it". Being in the restaurant and beverage industry it's only right to be able to accommodate the guest in a friendly way....

A decent experience. I came on a busy Monday night with six others. Due to the size of our party, we experienced a very understandable wait time for a table. Once we were seated, it took a rather long time for us to receive our food; even the salads we ordered before our meals. We were seated in their indoor patio area, which was far too boisterous of an area for my taste. I ordered their house salad. It came with a red wine vinaigrette and was tossed with their "pickled veggies", which seemed to consist of only onions as the other vegetables present were noticeably untouched. The pickled onions were very bright and exceptionally flavorful. The vinaigrette was not visible on the plate but the salad was well flavored. For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Française (Pan Fried Egg Battered Chicken Breast in White Wine Lemon Sauce. It was served with Broccolini and Mascarpone Chive Mashed Potatoes for $22) the chicken was honestly forgettable, as were the potatoes. The chicken was seasoned well enough and fork tender but there was nothing exceptional about it. The mashed potatoes were decidedly plain and had no notes of mascarpone or chive; though the texture was pleasant enough and I imsgine that came from the mascarpone. However, the broccolini was perfectly seasoned and an unexpected delight. I would say that it was the star of the dish. All in all, the portions were small and I do not believe the event was worth the price. The waitstaff was...

Three of us dined and had an enjoyable dinner with some hiccups. We were seated promptly and our server was Jenn. Everyone looked like the place was understaffed. Jenn get a bit impatient midway through the meal but came around and admitted she was in a tizzy. No recurrence. Bread was great. Crusty and moist with a pesto oil! Two of us split a Caesar salad and had minestrone soup and a shrimp cocktail for dinner. The Caesar was great, fresh crunchy greens, croutons and a tangy Caesar dressing. The minestrone was also great with vegetables and lots of taste. The shrimp cocktail for $25 was disappointing. At that price point you will normally see large shrimp (like 10-12). These were I think 16-20, and they were soggy. Served with olives and a spicy cocktail sauce. The spaghetti with marinara with added grilled shrimp was tasty, but 3 small grilled shrimp for $12? Really? There was cheese grated at table side but I could not grab anyone to ask for crushed red pepper. I went without. A cosmopolitan took a VERY long time to come. “The bar is very busy”. The overwhelmedness of the staff was palpable and took away from the experience. No dessert. The ladies next table shared their birthday cake with us! So nice!

I live about 4 hours from Turning Stone Resort Casino. My first visit was last year for business meetings. I was so impressed, especially with Pino Bianco, that I decided to take my daughter there for her 18th birthday. We were not disappointed! My daughter is a vegan and though there are no specific vegan options on the menu, the team at Pino Bianco was quick to accommodate her. They brought out a wonderful vegan entree for her. I had the chicken Francaise. Beautiful presentation, perfectly cooked and dear God the flavor was remarkable! The lemon sauce with the chicken Francaise was hands down the best I've ever had. Our waitress was amazing as well. She was very welcoming and attentive to detail. She learned it was my daughter's birthday and went to the chef to determine what could be done to come up with a vegan dessert. They brought out a fantastic dessert with candle and the effort and care made my daughter's day. Outstanding experience and we will definitely make this a tradition! I should add that I live close to the 2 major casinos in CT and the 2 in RI... Pino Bianco along with Turning Stone's service is second to none!
