Whatever you do, don't book at this motel. I honestly don’t know where to start. The place is terrible & filthy. It’s infested with roaches, the rooms are beyond disgusting, they looked like they have never been touched by any cleaning staff & I’m willing to bet they are never cleaned in between guests either. We booked three rooms & there was dirty underwear in one & a dirty shot glass in the other. Along with dead roaches & not to mention all the holes & half done patch work on the walls. The walls have leak stains everywhere. I also 100% understand that Florida has cockroaches but in all my years of staying in Treasure Island I’ve never had to deal with roaches in my hotel/motel rooms but there's an infestation at this motel. We always stay down the road at the Tahitian & Cherri Lynn. It’s never been an issue. It’s beyond one or two here & there. We were infested with them. We were battling them to the point we went out & got spray to try & manage while we were there. ||We would have attempted to get our money back & go elsewhere but we witnessed another guest get asked to leave & not reimbursed for similar issues & it was the week of the 4th of july so we felt trapped. ||There were people at the pool at all hours blasting music & very inappropriate music if that. I typically wouldn’t mind but there's small children around & this is most people’s vacation. They also have people who live here full time that make it a point to party at all hours, fight at all hours of the night & scream at each other along with people having sex out on the picnic table on the main level out in the open, thank god no kids were around because they were having full blown intercourse & they didn't care who could see. ||These people were full time tenants of the motel. Like I said I typically wouldn’t care but not everyone wants to be around that & people want to enjoy their vacations they have paid for. We watched one of the tennents do a full blown drug deal. The onsite manager didn't care to address any of this; she was too focused on being everyone's best friend, she lived on site so there's really no excuse. ||We also witnessd staff going into guest rooms when they left during the day, which could be a misunderstanding on my end but it was beyond fishy. The pictures on the websites are very misleading. My mother had to fight with management to get the promised deposit back on the three rooms she booked. After almost a month of going back & forth with the manager she finally got a hold of the owner who also owns The Arvilla . Save your money & get a nicer place because this motel isn’t it. You'll be beyond dissapointed & grossed out. ||They had a sign posted on the inside of our door in regards to supplies & cleaning. Which I posted in the pictures on this review, That wasn't posted on their website to view before booking with them. It's completely ridiculous what they expected of guests… I have never seen anything like that anywhere I have stayed, It’s a joke. I’m willing to bet they have never cleaned those rooms in between people. I 100% believe that the recent good reviews they have posted are by their tenants & staff because there's no way anyone would give this craphole more...

Read moreI had stayed at this property twice and found it adequate, so I booked a reservation for Oct. 2025 and paid a deposit of $850. Unfortunately, my day to arrive was the day of a hurricane. My flight was cancelled and the motel closed due to storm damage.|| ||I contacted Air Canada and received an immediate refund.||||The motel did not contact me but put a notice on their web site. No mention of a refund. Eventually, I was able to reach them by Email.||||Their first response was that they had extensive damage to their computer system and records and needed time tno look in to it but a refund would be made "if indeed a deposit was made. "||||Their second response was that they tried several times to refund to my credit card but it kept gettng rejected. I called VISA tech. people to see what was wrong. Nothing they said, and added that Air Canada had no problem making a refund so the motel had to be doing something wrong.||||Their third response said they would have to mail a check and requested my home address. I provided it. Nothing happened.||||I went to Florida in March'25 and stayed in St. Petersburg which is nearby. A friend of mine, a local resident, and I went to the motel. The manager did not remember me so I reintroduced myself and explained the situation. I also showed her my Emailed receipt and a copy of my bank state clearly showing a payment of $850 to Oasis Palms. She said she would note on her computer the evidence she just saw; but, she could not write me a check. That would have to come from the owner who lived in another state. My friend suggested the owner sent it to his Florida address to save time. Nothing happened. The manager did give my friend her personal cell # in case follow up was needed.||||Their fourth response was to reprimand my friend for using the manager's private number for motel business. Use of that # became necessary because the manager had ceased responding to my Emails and phone calls/messages.||||The latest: My friend did receive a text recently from someone at the motel , in response to his phone message, stating a check was mailed to me and I was so notified by Email. No dates were given. I received no Email and no check.||||||This property seems to be in no hurry to do the right thing!||You will do well to take this in to consideration when...
