Ice & Cream Creamery — Restaurant in Treasure Island

I’ll start off by saying the ice cream is very good and I recommend it. My problem is with the one staff member. When my family and I came near closing, we walked in and ordered and went outside to eat while two other gentleman were eating inside. When closing time came, the worker came up to them, stared at them and blankly told them “we’re closed” and preceded to kick them out. As she walked them out the door, she aggressively pulled the plug on the open sign and as they walked out the door, she nearly clipped the one gentleman’s ankles with the door because she pulled so hard. As if it couldn’t get worse, once she started walking back to the counter after she shut the door, she screamed so loud that everyone nearby could hear her. On top of this, when we were ordering she had been complaining very loudly how she was going to “be there until 11” and made it seem like our business was a nuisance. All of this happened in a span of 10 minutes. Her actions were very irresponsible and unprofessional and she made the entire visit very awkward and unenjoyable. Luckily for the company, the ice cream is very good and I still recommend people going. My family will most likely be back but we will avoid if we see this...

When we pulled up there were 2 female workers sitting outside on their phones with no customers. This should have been a precursor to what to expect since Larrys had 20 prople in line when we drove by! So we went in and ordered our ice cream. Mine was a 2 scoop hot fudge sunday. The girl asked me how to make a hot fudge sunday? Once we got past that, the girl completely filled my cup with icecream leaving no room for hot fudge? When I asked how she was going to get hot fudge on it she said I will make a hole and proceeded to put about 1 tablespoon of hot fudge in the hole and handed it to me. I looked at her and said is this a joke? I looked at the other girl and asked if she could make my sundae and she responded with, no, I'm new and don't know how to make one. So, I paid $18 for 3 scoops of ice cream and only ate 20% of it til the hot fudge was gone. So angry, I left my sundae and napkins on the table and the girl ran out of the store yelling do you want me to clean up your mess as I walked to the car. We were on vacation in the area and we visited several different creameries. The strong smell of waste water inside the location made it uncomfortable, to add to the experience low quality service with good ice cream. The young gentleman with some shorts sleeves rolled up behind the counter treated all 6 of us like he was making us the favor of our lives, and that was keeping him from doing something else. We decided to take it to the hotel due to the discomforting smell, no to go lids I guess “at the time” . As The young male is bringing the alternative to go option; cups for cups and slightly drops them on the counter, the cups bounce on counter and they fall alongs with lids.
