Sunset Vistas 303N: Sandy Toes - Luxury and Affordability — Hotel in Treasure Island

I would rate our condo at Sunset Vistas experience a 6 if I was able to. The unit was very clean and up to date. A recent re-model with new appliances and kitchen cabinets gave the condo a modern taste. Wood plank floors were much better than hard clay tile flooring. We had our own designated covered parking spot which is always a plus. Dale and Kara were excellent hosts. The water temperature was OK for me, but my wife thought it was a little on the cooler side, but you could still spend time in the water. I don’t think Dale and Kara had much control over the water temperature. The view from our balcony was perfect, especially during sunset time. All in all, our stay was great. I took my granddaughter to Florida for her 18th birthday and stayed at the Sunset Vista. Our condo was perfect. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the patio in the morning watching the sunrise. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and then some including a blender for those nights that you would like a cool frozen cocktail. The condo was very clean and everything was provided. . We did have an issue with the coffee maker, which was replaced within hours.
