Three Coconuts Clothing Company — Local services in Madeira Beach

Was there Friday 2/4/22. Bought a sweater and 2 shirts for my kids. The cashier claimed my payment didn't go through and ran my card again. Later that day I checked my bank account and noticed they pulled the 36.00 sweater charge twice. I couldn't go back to the store because I was already an hour away. I called 7 times and each time it says "this person is unavailable try again later" I've tried to rea h them for the past 3 days and each time I get the same thing. Will not go back due to this unless they make it right. But how can they make it right when they have no way of communication. Hopefully here the message will...

First time visiting the store at John’ Pass in Madeira Beach. The lady working was so lovely and kind. She greeted us with a smile when we walked in and took the time to make sure our shopping experience was a great one. Wonderful selection of T-shirts and sweatshirts. They have a very unique section of T-shirts that are all white with a design and after being out in the sun the design will then turn colors. This was our first stop at John’s Pass and then after more shopping throughout the village we went back as our final stop. I was there today, March 14/22 and was very pleased with the variety of clothing and the great prices. The two ladies running the store today (and not sure if they are owners or not) were very friendly and happy to see people in the store browsing and buying. And I assume because of what Covid did to their business and now with extra visitors from around the states and Canada, there are so happy and you can see that by talking to them.
