I was here shopping with my daughter sitting on the baby seat compartment of the cart while I was pushing it. After checking out, the alarm at the exit sounded due to an employee forgetting to take a tag off. A loss prevention lady comes to touch my cart and decides to push it off me when I told her to keep her hands off my kid. She started telling me something when another loss prevention light skin guy with curly hair jumps in. He starts telling me why I didnāt listen. I responded with hey you donāt know if I have a hearing problem. Note that my daughter on the shopping cart has a disability. He pretty much made fun of us. My wife went back to talk to a store manager and she stood quiet while this loss prevention guy kept rumbling about why I wasnāt the one who went back in. If I did went back in things wouldnāt have ended good. I even asked the guy for his name to write a complaint and he refused to everything saying that he feared for his safety. Me and my family are regular customet at this branch. 2 days ago we bought a stuff, we did not realize while purchasing that it had defects in it, today after 2 days we went to return the defective good, and the staff refused to honor return. They said it is not their responsibility to return and I should have checked before buying. Staff was Lorie, she was very kind and polite but refused to return, we requested to talk to Manager, Ms. NAAZI came to help but of no help. Just kept on saying I am sorry but did not help in return. We showed her our receipt of 2 days old where we bought over $200 worth of goods but still she did not return this $9 item. Its not about money but about service and accountibility. Today, Burlington lost a Client for life. Thank you!!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Wednesday, July 30th, my mother and I had an awful experience at this store. We waited over 10 minutes for help and asked two different employees to assist us with locked bags, but none of them bothered. They just stood there, ignoring us.
When we went to the counter, they called over the same older Latina employee who had purposely walked away from us earlier. She lied, saying she "didnāt see anyone" needing help, then dismissed us and walked away again. When I asked for her name to speak to a manager, she refused clearly knowing she was in the wrong.
This was disrespectful, unprofessional, and possibly discriminatory. The staff acted like helping customers was a burden, and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. Never coming back, and I hope management holds this employee...
