Placed an order on line. Walked in stood at the Pick up/pay spot for at least 5 minutes before anything was spoken to me. Then was asked if I needed anything. Told there I was there to pick up an order. They said they are about ready. I said ok no problem. I stand there for another 10 mins he walked over to drop some fries for the orders. Then gets a cup out and scoops fries into for my order and then set it on the counter next to my subs. I asked for fresh fries as those have been sitting under the light since I walked in the door now at this time at least 10 minutes so who knows how long they were sitting before that. He then tells me that those are fresh that he just pulled them up. I asked how when I've been here watching and they have been sitting under the light. Another worker comes over and asks what the issue is I explained I would like new fries because these are old so he gets an attitude and yells at the other employee to drop some fresh fries. The food was good once I got the fresh fries. I don't appreciate being lied to and then have an employee get an attitude with me and a coworker bc I asked for...
Read moreAt 20:44, on 19 Jul 2020, I realized that I'd been running all day on water, a half of a banana, supplements and a Monster energy drink. Not good for me at all! So, I decided to cross my fingers and call Penn Station, while I was fueling my car. At 20:49, Logan answered the call. He was very professional and you could here the sounds of various tools hitting the grill and the chatter in the background .I was hesitant to place an order because the store was closing in 11 minutes. Logan assured me that I was good to place my order. In fact, he he told me that my meal would be ready in 4 minutes. I was a mile and a half away! When I arrived 5 minutes later, there were other customers in the store, placing orders; my meal was almost completely ready! Read moreSo I just ordered a to-go order that was set to be ready in "15 minutes". I ordered at 9:45p and promised to arrive at 10p.. As I did. However, when I arrived at 10pm on the dot-- the employees were attempting to ignore me.. When I knocked and said with a friendly smile, "I'm the one who ordered-- who's sandwich and fries for $17 were sitting right there on the counter"... The guy working came out and slammed the door open and said, well nothing (he did however mumble a bunch of f yous at me.. Thank god there weren't any children around)... Just slammed the door opening super angrily and gave me a dirty look. Afraid to actually go in the restaurant for fear of the employees harassing me any further.. So I just left.. And the food was wasted. May want to speak with the EASTGATE BOULEVARD BATAVIA OH night shift on how to be polite. It's okay to be closed- it's not okay to be super rude....
