Village Condominium Inc — Hotel in Waterville Valley

It was a good place to relax. We rented the place for 10 people. We all felt like we had enough sleeping areas. The place was clean and surrounded by woods. It was peaceful. 2/7/2020 - APPALLING!!!! stayed in# 73. Mold and mildew smell. Master was in great condition but the other 3 Beds were wrapped in plastic and the mattresses were hard as a rock. No one in our party slept. Cable tv did not work. Management offered $100 restitution to compensate and would not allow me to check out. They said I had passed the 10am checkout window.
