Olde Waterville Pizza — Restaurant in Waterville Valley

I’ve been coming to Olde Waterville Pizza for a couple of years now, and it’s easily one of my go-to spots in town. On our most recent visit we had the Buffalo wings, smashed burger, fries, and a Buffalo chicken sandwich — everything came out hot, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.

The fries were fresh and crispy, just how they should be, and the wings had that perfect balance of spice and flavor. The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, and the Buffalo chicken sandwich had a great kick without being overpowering.

Wait time was about average, but definitely worth it. The food always tastes best when you eat in rather than take out — you get that fresh-off-the-grill quality and a relaxed local vibe that’s hard to beat.

I had low expectations going into this due to the photos and the reviews I already seen. BUT WOW, the guy over the phone was so rude. We asked for directions and he literally said "JEEEEZ" as we hung up like it was such a bother to even speak to us. The food was NOT good. We spent 40 bucks to try a little of everything, because we assumed SOMETHING had to be okay. Honestly, not one thing was worth my money. It was like microwaved appetizers, the fries were soggy and cold. The mozz sticks werent cooked enough, and even the menu online was WRONG. I wanted a turkey club and the guy laughs at us. The food was ok but the service was disappointing. Our wing order was shorted, and our kids’ pizza was given to another table and they still hadn’t received it even after everyone else finished eating. Mistakes happen, but there was no acknowledgment or effort to make it right. Prepayment and tip are required BEFORE service leaving no recourse while continuing to charge for drinks we only had because we were still stuck there waiting on the kids’ food.
