Purchased a PS5 less than a year ago and started having stick drift issues. Tried to receive a replacement controller and the Manager Bob was of no assistance. We purchased an extended warranty and he indicated that if he authorized a controller replacement, my warranty would be voided entirely and any future issues would be voided.
