The store was nice and clean and had a large assortment of merchandise. I was after a certain apparel item that shows in stock online, but when I arrived at the store they alerted me that they had sold out the previous day. In all, I spent around $150 on goods and during the checkout process I asked the cashier if they had a small air pump to blow up the deflated football I was purchasing for my son. The cashier replied "no, but there's a Dick's Sporting Goods across the street you can go buy one there.". If i wanted to shop at Dick's I could have bought my entire purchase from their store. I felt this was very poor customer service and if I was the store owner I would be very upset with my employees referring customers to my competitors. My suggestion, buy a $5 pump for customers to use who spend hundreds...

My wife and I stopped into the Jordan Creek Rally House store to pick up a Drake University sweatshirt. We were immediately greeted by an extremely friendly store associate and a store manager who directed us to the Drake merchandise we were in search of. The store presentation standards were simply off the charts FANTASTIC! Being an old retired retailer, I appreciate great service and a well organized store. This store was a showplace.
