Summer Place Condominiums — Hotel in Wildwood Crest

My family and I stayed the week of Fourth of July and the vacation was okay. The only good thing about this place was the location on the beach. The condo place only give one parking spot, which is annoying. The laundry was closed for four days, and no one around to open it. Then twice when my family wanted to use the grills, it had no gas. We stayed on the third floor and the outside needs to be renovated and throw out the carpet because it's look disgusting. However different owners own different units. Our family stayed at unit 17 and it had two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The rooms were clean and decent, that was the only good thing. I had family staying at another hotel and they came over to check out our condo and the owners saw them and she started flipping out saying no visitors. First of all that is crazy because I never heard of that rule because people do it all the time and plus we paid for the week. Throughout the week the owner and her family were not that friendly. Beware when the owner stays and stalks to see what you are doing. Also the owner said we can't put our beach towels on the balcony to dry. Honestly it's not worth the money too many rules, needs renovation and the only good thing was...

If you don't want to have a terrible experience, stay away from A Summer Place unit 16....My family booked to stay and paid in full, my husband couldn't get the week off so we gave a 3 month notice and was expecting the owner to keep the $300 deposit and refund our $800, NOWAY...He said out of the question, so basically he got $1100 for a week and noone was even in the condo. This is a great unit directly on the beach. It is spacious, clean and up-to-date. We spend our days on the beach and in the evening we barbecue by the pool. You can walk to many restaurants, catch the trolley at the end of the street, or simply play volleyball right out front on the beach.||||The owner takes great pride keeping everything nice - brand new mattresses, updated bathroom... all make for a very comfortable stay.
