PROS: To begin, Biscayne family resort rooms are clean! This is a result of an excellent cleaning staff. Kerry-Ann was amiable & extremely hard-working while she serviced our rooms. CONS: However, if you are a night person, this is not the place for you. After ten, you are not able to walk around in your room, laugh, or have conversations without feeling that you will disturb your neighboring guests. During our stay, I received an irate message from management about the noise level. The manager Patrick informed me that he gave out his cell phone number to three families surrounding our rooms and if there were any noises after 10, they should call him and we would be asked to leave without a refund. (He never offered to give me his cell phone number to complain about the guests who were having conversations on the deck until 11 pm or the crying baby noises at 2 am.) No matter what, it is a family resort for really quiet families. I had the intention of de-stressing after dealing with family emergencies all month, but my experiences here were nothing but stressful. My advice is...emphasize your noise policies specifically, so families would consider this before booking. Kindly remind your guests without making them feel that they were a violation. Knock on our doors to inform us without having to point us out to others. Give your cleaning crew a raise because they were genuine and made us feel...
Read moreWe decided to have a couple of days in Wildwood this summer and we are very satisfied with our stay at the Biscayne Resort. From the booking of the room to the check in process, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and informative.
We booked the double twin room and were very satisfied with the experience. The beds were comfortable and can easily accommodate for a family of a. The couch in the living room was comfortable as weol and was also a pull out. The bathroom was very clean and came with the body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
There are 2 pools on the premises, 2 grills, and several spots for families or friends to get together. The location is ideal because you can have your feet in the water in less than 5 minutes. We would spend our mornings at the beach and our afternoons in the pool. They are heated as well so you can swim comfortably in them at night. The one we used was a feet deep and had a standing ledge on the perimeter, so it was good for kids to swim and stand on to give themselves a break.
The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed having the morning coffee in front of our room taking in the ocean breeze. The staff cleaned our room and provided new towels daily. We highly recommend...

I had called to inform the Biscayne I tested positive for Covid 5 days before my check in date in late June. When speaking with them, I was unable to transfer my deposit. I can understand this policy so I left it at that.
An hour later I get an email saying my reservation has been cancelled. I emailed them back saying I never cancelled it and if I was not feeling better by day 5 I would call the morning of check in to cancel it officially. They told me it had already been cancelled and if I wanted to try to still come, I would owe a second deposit & ran the risk of loosing that too if I was still sick and having symptoms.
When calling the second time, the front desk was weary about me still trying to come, having tested positive the week prior... but you cant have it both ways! You cannot keep someone's deposit and also tell them you don't want them to come??
I have stayed at the Biscayne for 10+ years with family friends and none of us will be returning after this. We would be down to the shore at least 4/5 times within the season and we will be looking to stay else where after this incident......
