Walked inside 10 minutes until closing with my husband after a very long day of work. We were never greeted by an employee. Took our own order at the kiosk. Received our food and sat down and an employee tells us that we cannot sit down and eat we would have to leave as the lobby is closed, take note the time is now 9:56. I politely told her we came in before closing and they are supposed to serve until 10, that does not mean you kick out paying customers a few minutes before closing. She then went and got her manager and was bobbing her head around and loudly telling the manager that we are sitting down and not leaving. Again take note that we were never told we could not dine inside. The manger came up to the counter and I then again politely asked why we had to leave and that no one at all told us before or at the time we placed our order that we would not be able to dine inside during open lobby hours. I never raised my voice but the guy acted very narcissistic telling me to lower my voice, which was never raised, and then repeatedly threatening me that he would have me trespassed! At this point I am appalled and very confused, and I asked for a refund on my meal since we were not allowed to sit down when the lobby was open and now having to stand there and ask questions I never received answers for as our food got cold and soggy. Read moreThe drive thru has been a disappointment since it opened. Once we were told we couldn't get anything fried because the fryer was being cleaned even though it was almost 2 hours before closing. Every other time we've been missing items from condiments requested or food. Last night we were missing 3 food items and received no hot sauce. It also took a long time to order and even longer to get our food even though there was no one else there until 1 other car pulled in after we paid and were waiting. The food we do get has always been good, but it doesn't make up for the frustration and disappointment. I guess if you want to eat inside or thoroughly inspect each bag before leaving the drive thru then it would be fine. I always do a quick check and have a crazy expectation for people to do the bear minimum required for their job so I'm not going to go through everything especially when there's a lot of different small items. I'm also not going to inconvenience myself more by calling or going back right away. I know mistakes can happen so I'll typically give a place a couple chances. I took one bite and it was just what I had expected, terrible. I called to confirm the way they make their chips, and told them their oil is bad and it needs replaced asap. I spoke with a girl named Kay Kay, who told her manager, and her manager said she was too busy to talk. They offered a replacement and I asked if the grease would be changed by tomorrow, and overheard the manager said no and that they were too short staffed and busy, yet the girl up front was playing on her phone waiting for my order to be prepared. This is absolutely disgusting to think that the employees can’t take the time to provide good quality service and would rather take someone’s money and give them food that might make them sick.
