Yes, its old. Yes, the building needs maintenance (Windows Wont close, elevators are rumbling and shaking and floors and ceiling have marks and holes)... but. To us it was part of the adventure. The owner and the staff were all Pretty helpful, except a few. (One Tried to make us pay for Four days instead of three nights and aften having talked to his boss, he excused and Said he had misunderstood, which was clearly not the case). But we liked it still. Breakfast was a little adventure at the top floor, buzzling room with Great variety of guest - and a lot of White Bread. Its right next to a little park where they sit with their mate and Dance tango on saturday nights. I would...

The place is literally falling apart. There are holes in the floor where the floorboards have collapsed. Stufffing is coming out of the furniture. The cleaning is very poor. Windows wont close which makes you hear everything from the busy street below and make the room freezing cold.||Staff are unprofessional (not trained?) and often rude.||Breakfast pictures from the hotel do not correspond with reality. You get 4 medialunas and coffe. There is nothing else.||Depressing that such a lovely building has become...
