Seafood Đế Vương — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I had one of the worst experiences here. While we were paying in cash, the cashier took more money from our wallet than what was required—without asking or even noticing. It was incredibly confusing and uncomfortable, and when we asked about it, she didn’t even seem to know how much she had taken. The whole situation was a mess, and instead of apologizing or helping us resolve it, she was dismissive and rude.

What made it worse was that no one around, including someone who seemed like the manager or owner, stepped in to help. He actually laughed at us, which was incredibly disrespectful. The cashier never apologized, and we left feeling frustrated and mistreated.

As for the food—it was below average and overpriced. Small portions, not much flavor, and clearly targeting tourists. I really wouldn’t recommend this place. There are much better local spots with good food and...
