Beware!!! We booked a different hotel on Agoda, but it was overbooked and got transferred to this place. This place is probably worth 5 USD, not sure how it’s 60 USD the day of. The hotel seems very old and dated, definitely needs a refurbish. The girls at the front desk were nice, but not overly welcoming like other hotels we’ve stayed at. The second you walk through the door, you know you’re in for a treat. We stayed on the 11th floor. The outside area of between your room and the elevator is not air conditioned, not a big deal, but it’s very dark and kinda scary. The rooms are… interesting. Bathroom: shower door did not close, so water got everywhere! There was mildew everywhere. The shower head was not clean and had a bunch of water stains on them. And the shower head stream was going in 5 different directions. The sink was old and gross. You’re just going to have to take my word for it. Room: air conditioning was great! Our view was the next buildings wall. There was no TV. BUT THERE WERE PLENTY OF ROACHES. I’ve never been in a hotel with roaches. That was a first. That’s all I’m going to say. I would never stay at this hotel again. Staff nice. However, I asked for a second room key and they said no. The hotel before gave me a second key with no questions asked. Bed: bed was comfy I guess, but comfort only goes so far when there are roaches circling your room. We found 2, killed one and couldn’t kill the other. I’m writing this review at 11:45 PM. I would contact staff, but we leave for our flight in a few hours & it’s a super busy weekend, so we’re just going to sleep in discomfort, unfortunately. During my recent stay at Hero Sea Hotel in Da Nang, I encountered several issues that detracted from the experience.
Room Quality and Cleanliness
The room was disappointing, with outdated furnishings and a persistent musty odor. On the second night, I was alarmed to find two large cockroaches in the room, necessitating a late-night cleaning. Additionally, the floor had noticeable sand, indicating inadequate housekeeping. 
Hotel Layout and Noise Levels
The hotel’s layout contributed to significant noise disturbances. Despite closed doors, hallway noises were clearly audible, and inconsiderate guests frequently caused disruptions late at night and early in the morning. Despite multiple complaints, the situation remained unresolved, leading to several sleepless nights. 
Customer Service
The customer service was subpar. The receptionists had limited English proficiency, making communication challenging. There was no assistance with luggage, and requests for room cleaning had to be made explicitly, as it was not performed daily. These shortcomings in service significantly impacted the overall experience. 
In addition, the bed sheets were moldy, no door/curtains for the showers, and the elevator didn’t work with bad ventilation.
In summary, the combination of poor room conditions, disruptive layout, and inadequate customer service at Hero Sea Hotel made for an unsatisfactory stay. I would not recommend this hotel to future travelers seeking a comfortable and pleasant...

Khách sạn Hero Sea ở số 02 đường Hà Bổng, phường Phước Mỹ, quận Sơn Trà, TP. Đà Nẵng. Khách sạn ở cách Công viên Biển Đông và bãi tắm Phước Mỹ - Mỹ Khê khoảng 3 phút đi bộ. Khoảng cách tới Cảng hàng không quốc tế Đà Nẵng từ khách sạn là 7km.
Khách sạn có khoảng 60 phòng ngủ, tầng hầm để được 5-6 xe ô-tô cá nhân, tầng 1 là sảnh lễ tân, tầng 3 là dịch vụ xông hơi - massage, tầng 12 là nhà hàng.
Phòng khách sạn khá rộng rãi với các trang thiết bị cơ bản (không được mới) như điều hòa không khí, TV màn hình phẳng, tủ lạnh, tủ quần áo, két an toàn, đồ vệ sinh cá nhân (bàn chải đánh răng, tăm bông, mũ trùm tóc), wifi miễn phí. Không có bàn là và máy sấy tóc trong phòng nghỉ.
Ăn sáng buffet có trong tiền phòng, tuy nhiên khách lưu trú nên cân nhắc bởi đồ ăn rất bình thường về chất lượng và nghèo nàn về chủng loại.
Giá cả tương đối ổn đối với một khách sạn nằm gần biển ở Đà Nẵng. Mình ở đây từ 16-21/7/2024 giá phòng 550.000 VND/đêm/phòng đôi.
