Huyen Anh Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

This hotel does not have balconies at all.||It also forgets to make your booking.||I booked three rooms for one night based on it's supposed location near the beach and the balconies, it's at least 4 blocks back from the main road and the beach is further still.||I booked four rooms originally, but one person couldn't come. I was charged for cancelling one room even though it was done an hour after the initial booking.||Our flight was late and when we arrived, there was no booking at all. ||The lady at reception admitted she had forgotten, although the booking was made that morning. To be fair, she rang another hotel to book us in there and paid for the taxi. The hotel she had rung was absolutely horrible. It stank, it was dirty and there was nothing to recommend it. ||I don't think Huyen Ahn wants western travellers.||Don't waste your time, and probably money, I am still waiting...
