DIRTY HOTEL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID

No one manning the reception, no bell to ring to get someone's attention (also no one watching "left luggage" so zero security). We waited for good 5 minutes before a receptionist showed up and didn't even apologise. This happened twice in the same day.

Reception is full of flies, spiders and mosquitos.

We paid for a King Room and were given the Standard Room. When we tried changing to the correct room, the receptionist made us wait while she sat on her phone on Spotify. The she claimed the two types of rooms were the same and refused to change the room.

When we pointed out the room was dirty (all surfaces dusty, hair, dead flies and dirty mop water marks all over the floor), she refused to get it cleaned again.

She suggested we cancel the booking and leave.

When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told to sit at reception and wait. We waited for over 15 minutes and when we then asked how long it would be before the manager arrived, the receptionist said she didn't know but it was going to be today. We asked whether she expected us to sit at reception for the rest of the day and, to our disbelief, she said yes.

We cancelled and left.

I had very bad experienced with this hotel 👎🏽 We would not stay here again! Every early morning around 8 o’clock they did construction at the first floor with the entrance. The first day we went to talk with the reception and they said today it was the last time to making noise so that why we keep stay one more night, actually I need to stay only one night if they still work with the noise like this.(bty we books for 4 night) On the second day in the morning the construction started to making noise again. We decided to check out immediately and I asked to paid only for one night. The room a bit old and not much clean, the water not hard, the bed so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep, no restaurant in the hotel and very badly to hard to have conversations with staff. The management not so bad because if the hotel still under the construction and too disturbed the customer in the morning like this they should close or start work late as lease at 10 o’clock, and they didn’t inform to us about this.
