An Amazing Stay at Group Nest Hotel!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Group Nest Hotel! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it super convenient to explore the city’s top attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was especially comfortable – exactly what I needed after long days of traveling.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. They were always ready to assist with any questions I had. I was especially impressed when I inquired about visiting Ha Giang – the front desk staff were extremely helpful and informative. We didn’t sleep here but used it to take a shower and store our gear for a few hours before our flight . This was the cheapest hotel available in old town with passable reviews. For $10 I think it’s exceeded expectations . It was clean, large, the shower was hot, the ac worked . I didn’t ask but It appears that a family lives on site and owns/runs it .

In terms of cons, there was a bit of leakage in the toilet supply to the floor (I don’t think they care because the bathroom is waterproof ), the room locks are fairly insecure (push button interior house style), safety locks are torn off , random small holes in the walls , carrying suitcases up four stories . But for $10 all of these things can be forgiven .

I was expecting more… After having better experiences in Hanoi I was actually disappointed. Most of the rooms are facing the main road making it impossible not to wake up from the noise in the morning, bathroom was horrendous with no curtains, shower working only when literally squating and the bath itself looked bad.
