This restaurant was one of the most surprising and delightful finds during our trip to Hanoi. We ordered fried rice, stir-fry noodles, and their fried rolls, along with a sampler of both fresh and fried rolls. To our surprise, it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we had in Hanoi, so much so that we visited twice during our week-long stay. The fried rice was exceptional, the best we've ever had. We tried clay pot fried rice with pork and chicken, as well as the version served on a plate, and each bite was incredibly flavorful. The flavors were unlike anything we had back in Manila, Philippines; they were a true explosion of taste. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant provided a pleasant dining experience with its air-conditioned environment—a relief from the hot weather in Hanoi. Despite the high-quality food and ambiance, the restaurant was not crowded, making it feel like an upscale dining experience, yet our bill was very affordable. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to all our friends in Manila. It's a fantastic place to eat with a great atmosphere and excellent value for money.

Great restaurant for families and people wanting to get introduced to vietnamese cuisine in a safe way, but not for the foodies at heart. Saw phenomenal good reviews for this place and chose to come to eat lunch by this restaurant. It looks great on the outside and the atmosphere is good, however, you will mostly see tourists at this place. Service was good and the place seemed clean enough. Everything seemed great, but as I saw the menu they had dishes all over the place, both northern, central and southern style; fried rice/noodles and curries, which made me a bit worrisome of how authentic the taste would be. I ordered the classic Hanoi dish 'bun cha' and some 'goi cuon'. The bun Cha was Ok at most, nothing exciting, the meat was served on this sizzling plate that made it look good, but the meat was dry, lacked flavour and together with the salad, herbs, chili and fish sauce it didn't really hit the spot. The goi cuon was also just ok, the fresh coconut I got was really good and sweet though. So all in all the place was just ok for food, but had a good ambience. If you want a safe place to eat, with good service and nice surroundings go for it. If you're looking for authentic vietnamese food with great taste some tips I got from my experience here: 1) Look for places that specializes in max 3 different dishes, as there are many places specializes in only a few dishes in Vietnam, and they have to depend on that one/few dishes to survive. 2) Look for a place with a lot of locals, this a rule of thumb everywhere in general, as the food normally is more authentic and also reasonable prized. 3) If you're not too worried about eating ln the streets, these places are normally really yummy and has that 'mom/grandmom' feeling to it (be aware that there should be a fairly high turnover, to hopefully prevent tummy issues, and might be a good idea to sanitize the utensils before use to be safe)

Great for vegan food. Open all day. The place had a constant footfall of tourists. It's busy but you can sit and enjoy your leisure time even after you have finished eating. The decor and cleanliness are good. Clean toilets too. (I didn't need to worry about drinking ice water that they served me. Everything appearrd hygienic). The staff are high energy, polite and try to speak in diffrent languages (at least a word or 2) to genuinely engage with clients. My customized vegan spring rolls and the bok choy tofu stir fry became a tasty, complete and hearty meal. The Saigon beer was a great accompaniment. Met has several branches in Hanoi and 2 in Hoi An. Very doable for meat eaters and vegans alike. Customer service was delightful. Ryan attended to me very well. Well done!

I came tonight following a recommendation from a friend. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the mango and shrimp salad and chicken with cashew nuts. Everything arrived in about 5 mins (quicker than a banh mi!) and was delicious. My waiter Mike was clearly well trained as he checked my order and that everything was OK mid meal and afterwards. All of the staff work hard and don't stand around talking to each other or playing on their phones. The atmosphere is lovely with calm Vietnamese music at just the right volume where you can hear it but can also clearly hold a conversation. The air con isn't too hot or cold. I definitely recommend this place for a nice Vietnamese meal, with a mix of Vietnamese and foreign customers.

Cute little restaurant, one of many so in its group, that it’s a little confusing. The food is delicious, and a must-try if you’re in search of Vietnamese food. We had the grilled pork bun Cha, the grilled prawns with garlic, and the stir fried veg with garlic and the clay pot fried rice with char Sui pork. The grilled pork bun Cha was the star of our meal. We loved it! The staff were great, especially our server whose name I can’t recall. Very helpful and accommodating, and could speak English too! Recommend this place if you’re on the lookout for a yummy local meal. As is usual in Hanoi, the Google review QR code is presented to you at the end of your meal for your generous review 😜

Food here lacks flavor. I have tried the fried rice with beef, the chicken chili and lemon grass (bland), sweet and sour deep fried chicken (too sweet), fried spring rolls,(the only really good item with a flavorful mint sauce), crepe with chocolate and banana (too much banana too little crepe or chocolate) and an orange juice which was the most expensive and the worst (watered down lacking any sweetness or tanginess) I have had in Hanoi. But the service is great. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. I have found food in hanoi overall to be subpar and this place is slightly better amongst all the vietnamese cuisine spots catering mainly to tourists.
