After having a body massage, I was asked to feedback on the experience to them. The problem was the questionnaire I completed was instantly shared to the lady who’d gave me the massage and she got mad because I answered her massage was average and wouldn’t wanna give a tip to her. That was a very awkward moment.

My suggestion: Delete “how much tip” customers want to give from the questionnaire Do not let massagers look in to the questionnaire while customers are there

Best value for money massage, especially given the skill of the masseuse. I thoroughly enjoyed myself here. At the start, they asked for the strength I preferred and was constantly adapting the strength to fit my preferences. Additionally, the service was great, one of the staff spoke english and we chatted throughout with her, learning more about her life story.
