Can honestly say that this is the best restaurant for Hanoi food in general. I've tried a lot of the things that are supposed to be đặc sản (specialties) in Hanoi but the bún đậu mắm tôm from here is the only one to impress me for being better than what I can find in the US or I can eat at home. The dish is like a bunch of fried food, noodles and herbs, and none of it here has that kind of stinkiness of old/stale food that a lot of other restaurants have. Quán bún đậu mắm tôm ở đây là một trong những quán ngon nhất mình từng ăn. Vị của mắm tôm vừa khẩu vị của mình. Phần mình gọi là 40k mà đã thấy no lắm rồi. Ngoài ra thì cũng có nước uống như là bia, bò húc, trà tắc, etc.

Thái độ của nhân viên thì tạm ổn, có cô nhân viên cũng khá nhiệt tình chỉ chỗ đậu xe và đưa mình lên tầng ăn. Chỉ có điều duy nhất là các cô không nghe rõ order của mình và lúc mình gọi từ trên xuống để order thêm đồ thì không thấy ai lên.

Không gian của quán hơi chật hẹp so với người to cao như mình. Bàn ghế bằng inox thô sơ những vẫn đảm bảo ngồi được và để đồ lên được. Điều duy nhất mình cảm thấy không thích về quán là không được sạch sẽ cho lắm. Mình có thấy một hai khay nem rán được để trên nóc tủ lạnh hơi bẩn mà không thấy được đậy lại hay bọc lại gì cả.

Tổng kết, dù đồ ăn chiếm rất nhiều điểm nhưng mức độ sạch sẽ và cách phục vụ của quán đã kéo điểm xuống.
