Hanoi Heritage Corner Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Hà Nội

Hanoi Heritage Corner Hotel & Spa is a very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained hotel in a great location. The furniture and interior are new and modern — something that’s not so common in this price range right in the center of Hanoi.

Despite arriving in the middle of the night, we had no issues with check-in, which was smooth and welcoming. What truly deserves special mention is the incredibly kind and helpful staff, especially the receptionist, Mr. Kan. He was exceptionally patient and understanding — even though I wasn’t at my best. I was tired, anxious, and honestly quite rude (which is very unlike me), worried that something might be wrong with the hotel because it’s located down a narrow alley that felt a bit intimidating at night.

I had a fantastic stay at the Heritage Corner Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their local tips and genuine hospitality really made a difference.

The staff are extremely helpful. Ive met with 4 different staff and all of them are nice and organized my trip. Ive lost luggage at either the airport of taxi ride. The staff were helpful talking to the airlines and taxi person and even helped me with cameras. I will 100% recommend them as they were exceptional with service even though they could have just said please call grab or airlines. 100% will recommend their services to whoever reads this.
