Hotel du Monde Classic — Hotel in Hà Nội

The service here is amazing. From our arrival at the door, the staff were quick to help move our luggages and were super kind to clarify our requests and needs at check in. Check in was done very quickly as well. We asked if it was possible to have the breakfast early as we had a transfer for 645am, not really expecting much. However, the hotel very kindly packed bentos for us for the trip. When our car came late, the staff also very kindly allowed us access to the breakfast area for coffee and let us hang around the lobby in the meantime. Rooms were clean and true to the picture. I love the attention to the decor in the hotel. While the room is smaller than expected, the stay was extremely comfortable. Hot water is readily available as well. I recently had the chance to stay at Hotel du Monde Classic in Hanoi and was truly impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated in an Indochine style, giving it a warm and relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was excellent, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, and within easy walking distance to the Old Quarter. Breakfast, although not extensive in variety, was tasty and just right to start the day. The overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. We reached Hotel Du Monde Classic at 6+ am after taking a sleeper train to Hanoi, and I was glad that one hotel staff was around to check us in. The room was a little smaller than I thought considering that it is a suite, but it is clean and has the necessary amenities.
