I usually dont write reviews but my experience here was so bad. My partner and I got the hair shampoo and massage + facial (which we were given a 50% discount for) but it was not worth it. My face and hair came out worse than when I went in.

The lady massaged my face with a cleanser for way too long, stripping all the moisture from my face and leaving it stinging and very dry.

She added a peel-off mask that further dried out my skin and didn't seem to peel off very easily so she was basically scratching my face to get it off (and there was still remnants of the mask left over on my face when I left the salon). There were also no toners/serums/moisturisers put on my face as part of the facial, only the cleanser and peel-off mask, so I was just left with really dry and irritated skin.

She also washed and rinsed my face and her hands into the same sink that my hair was in, which wasn't very hygienic.

She lathered soap and then pumped as much soap as she could into my ears with her palms and then used her fingers and nails to clean it out 💀 not only was it really uncomfortable, but I found out later that this is really bad for your ears and you can get an ear infection from something like this.

After she rinsed my hair, she blow dried it while it was still messy and knotted in the wet sink, so my hair was dried puffy and matted. She then got me to sit up (noting that parts of my hair were not fully dry since it was dried in the wet sink). She then struggled to brush my hair out with a comb, gave up halfway and said she was done - so I left the salon with puffy, knotted hair.

The whole experience was so uncomfortable from the start to finish. I couldn't wait to get out of that chair to leave and rewash/brush my hair myself. My partner had the same facial experience but didn't have any issues with the hair shampoo and massage (he also didn't get soap and finger nails shoved up his ears).

I got a 50k discount for the trouble but I left the place with dry irritated skin and puffy, tangled hair and less relaxed than before. I can see their ratings are quite good when it comes to nails and foot massages, but I would not recommend the facials and hair...

2 stars for the place 1 for the masseuse. When it comes to the place: The bedsheets had a skirt around which were of course covering the light (I guess their function was to isolate you and help you relax) but you are breathing for quite sometime the same air which is not renewed, I couldn't take a big breath, imagine closing your head in a box. Personally I didn't feel comfortable breathing after some time 2nd you put your head in a pillow that doesn't have a towel around, it's a reused pillow (I don't know if it is ever washed), not a hygienic approach, everybody's face goes and sweats on this pillow, with make up, acne etc.. In general these pillows are supposed to be covered with clean towels or you can use only a towel. Now when it comes to the masseuse, she was very inattentive, I didn't feel the massage although I asked for harder massage but no obvious results, I cought her 3 times being on her phone with one hand and texting.. that is very unprofessional... when I tried to get her attention, she was either on her phone or looking at the other masseuse while she was giving me a massage. Maybe she was a trainee I don't know but if you want to train them they should try on experienced masseuses not on clients. Overall very bad experience for me, I will not...

I dont know why this place so Many good reviews, honestly. I didn’t expect much from this kind of “street” saloon but I checked reviews and was surprised. But firstly me and 2 friends stoped and ask if we can have 3 massages. We came in and waited 15 minutes, we didn’t expect that waiting time as last gave us clothes to changed and sat us on tables. After 15 minutes first lady came and start massaging me when two other of my friends were in the same room waiting ( there were 3 tables in one room). So they were sitting there and looking at women massing me which was already quite awkward. After another 5 minutes my friends left. Very soon new people came in ( women men and kid) in the room were I was only in underwear and curtain wasn’t drawn so I was there half naked in room where other people were in and waiting for their massage. I had to tell lady that it’s not nice that curtain isn’t drawn and I need privacy. It was not only unprofessional but awkward. The kid was sitting there playing on the phone so it wasn’t relaxing time. I said all that to the “manager” and Al I heard was “ohh sorry”. Also place is overpriced as for...
