I had high expectations of this place but sadly it wasn't a good experience for me, the rooms are very tired and not as good as the photos, also a little dirty, my room had a window but you wouldn't want to open the blind by as the external was very dirty, the air conditioner was old and in need of replacement, the shower Rai was hanging off the wall and I was to frightened to touch it. The only positive about the hotel was the breakfast was good. the last day I had no hot water so could not shower, I complained at least six times and they failed to repair it or inform me until 10pm that evening when they moved me to another room where I had no sleep because of the noise from the street to and the fact I had to be up at 4 am for my flight, I booked a taxi to the airport with the hotel and had to pay them, when I got to the airport the hotel driver said I had to give him another 60.000 for himself, this was not mentioned by the hotel, please don't be fooled by the high reviews, and be careful of the...

They have cancelled my booking without prior notice.

I made a reservation through Whatsapp, and got a confirmation message stating that "the booking is now solidly secured", but it had some wrong details.

I informed them, and got another long confirmation message (Stating, again, that the booking is secured) - but this time there was a sentence I missed asking me to pay a deposit for the room (They did not send this deposit request in the first confirmation, so it was easy to overlook).

The next day I got a message that the room is cancelled due to not paying the deposit, and a few minutes later when I asked to pay they were already fully booked.

Although asking for the deposit is their full right (Even though many hotels don't ask for it) - cancelling the reservation without prior notice is a bad service in my opinion.

Pictures are fake! Don't expect much. I have learnt reviews are inflated/faked in vietnam. This is cheap and the staff is nice, but I have developed a skin infection near my feet in those days that I am still fighting 6 months later. I suspect I caught it in the shower of this hotel but I cannot be certain.

Upon booking you'll choose between "view" and " quiet". Also "smoker" "non-smoker". I chose quiet/non smoker and got a room with a window into a "well" that was 1.5x1.5m. The whole first day there was the smell of cigarettes, probably coming from the well (even if I never open the window). The second day was better.

Room was big but the bathroom was so dark that you can't tell if it's clean or not. Aircon worked, the place even had a steam iron that I didn't use. Location is good, I landed at 5am so got a local bus from the airport that left me at a station nearby.
