We have stayed in many airbnbs around the world. But this homestay tops them all in terms of hospitality. Whatever is within their ability to offer you, they are happy to do so. They make our trip to Hoi An a very memorable one. They do it with a smile. They genuinely have the best interest of their guests in mind. They often anticipate what you need even before you ask for it. Amazingly thoughtful people.

My room was literally next to the host's room. Yet it was quiet and private. The room was super clean as the hosts themselves take pains to clean them after each checkout. They were quick to answer any enquiries you have way before you even touch foot in Vietnam.

We could plan our itinerary in advance with valuable input from them. Food places locals frequent. Shows & Tours at good prices. The basket coconut, crab fishing & cooking class recommend by them was amazing. Cheaper and the basket coconut boatman did not insist on a tip. But we had to tip for his effort.

We will definitely stay with Hoa and his beautiful family again if we return to Hoi An. We will also recommend our friends & family to stay with you guys. We wish you...

We truly enjoyed staying at Flame Flowers hotel. Everything was excellent: room, view from the balcony, facilities, services, location. The hosts were super helpful, generous and kind.
