At a black building? you're at the right spot! Walk in and you'll find a moss garden, keep walking and go upstairs (right side) and you'll start seeing the employees. If there are seating on that floor (2nd) then they'll seat you, if not, they will have you keep going upstairs and get you when there are seats downstairs. OR you can order and drink it on the 3rd floor.
We sat at the 2nd floor - the table across from the slayer coffee machine. The tables were very clean. I love the black and white aesthetic of the coffee shop.
Palestina Gesha: Drip method. I loved this one the most as it was cooling down to the perfect warmth. The flavor or Jasmine and matcha was very prominent. It paired perfectly with the pastries ive selected.
Sudan Rume: Drip method. As it cooled down, the acidity was a bit too strong for me. I drank a little bit when it was cooled. It tasted pretty good with the pastries.
Sourdough Cinnamon Roll: The sourness is definitely there. It was a bit too sour but it paired super well with the coffee we've selected. Eat the pastry while its still warm.
Mundelein: They had a lemon madeleines this time. You can taste the zest in the pastry. This one paired the best with the 2 coffee's we've chosen. The warm coffee taste best with it.
Price: quite high but i do think its worth to try once. I do want to come back if im ever in Vietnam again. They have different coffee's as well as seasonal pastries.
Staffs: friendly and very knowledgeable...

Read moreHello specialty coffee lovers. You’re looking for a place with unique concept and a great selection of beans? Come to the shop in Hoi An or the departments in Da Nang or HCMC. Firstly, don’t stick to the illusion that specialty coffee in Vietnam is cheaper. It’s not. There’s not even local coffee beans sold here. Why? The high standards only allow specialty coffee grades with a high score of 80 or more. And vietnam (currently…) is not able to supply this standard. There’s two preferred brewing methods: drip and the “shot”. Both are used in the concept to enhance the fruity flavour of the coffee that is roasted only light! The shot is served without crema (they even remove it before serving 🤯) to give you the best taste experience according to their philosophy. Why do I know? We’ll, the young team of coffee enthusiasts will take their time to explain everything to you. The minimalist atmosphere is helping to not distract from the experience and they will lead you through the process. Thank you for your work guys! You’re amazing! I really appreciate this concept and the story behind it and I hope that more people will discover Vietnam as a country without condensed milk in the coffee (although egg coffee is amazing) 😊 Try it and get inspired, it’s not for everyone but if you’re curious to spend a few bucks on a special cup this is the...
