Pham Gia Boutique Homestay Villa — Hotel in Hội An

I have found my Hoian home. We stayed here for 10 days and it was very pleasant. Vy went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed her help with. The staff was very friendly as well. Sure, their English is not great, but google translate worked like a charm. Vy speaks English very well.

They have a few choices of food for breakfast and are very accommodating, if you have any requests. Thuy, the lady who makes the food, cooks everything from scratch for each guest as they arrive, so the food is always fresh!

Our room was very quiet and had a nice balcony facing the sun, allowing us to watch part of the sunset in our bed. Very romantic.

The laundry price is very good, which made it very convenient.

The location of the villas is near several great places to eat, walking distance to the old town, and yet, perfectly away from the madness.

The pool is very nice and clean.

When I go back to Hoian, which I definitely will, I am most certainly going to stay here because the price is just, the place is clean, the staff is nice, and the location is very good.

Just two minor things I hope they fix soon: a working printer and a working credit card machine. Vy had to go somewhere to print my items for me. Luckily, it wasn't an emergency. It it were, then I'd been out of luck, if Vy wasn't...

Everything was absolutely amazing. By far the best hotel we've stayed in after months of traveling around East Asia! The family are wonderful, sooo kind and accomodating, and the rooms/hotel itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean! We were only supposed to be staying for 2 nights but after we checked in and saw the room and met the family, we changed our booking to 5 nights..and I'm so glad that we did! Our requests were all met very promptly, for example we requested a top floor room and as soon as it became available they offered to move us there which was great because we had the whole floor to ourselves (including a roof terrace). On the first day the people in the room next door were playing loud music and we were exhausted from a long travel, when we asked the owner to tell them to be quiet she did it straight away and the music stopped instantly...seriously can't fault this place! They seem to genuinely care about their guests, always making sure we were okay, and they helped with our bike rental, motorbike rental and arranged our bus to Hue for us. 100% recommend staying here, the location is perfect (close to the old town but far enough to not hear the noise etc) and there's plenty of shops and cafes around the area all within walking distance.
