We came upon Golden Guesthouse and Golden Coffee as we were passing by whilst looking for traditional Vietnamese coffee. The Guesthouse also has a restaurant which is what attracted us to go inside. The menu looked like it had just what we were looking for. We were greeted by the lovely owner Diep, who was so warm and friendly, and we were made to feel welcome immediately. My husband and I both enjoyed our Egg Coffee and fresh juice so much, as well as our meals, that we returned the following evening with our two sons for dinner. Diep put so much love into making our food, this was very clear from both the taste and the presentation. Our drinks were fresh and absolutely delicious! Diep also runs a Tourism office, as well as the guesthouse and restaurant, and was incredibly attentive and helpful in organising a private driver to take us to Danang. She found us the best price and was so sure to cover every detail. We met Dieps mother and father who were just as kind and sweet as Diep. I would recommend visiting either Golden Guesthouse or Golden Coffee and Restaurant without any hesitation, and will absolutely come back on our next visit to Hue.
