Man, I dont even know where to start. First, when i wanted to check in, there was no one in the counter and the door was locked. Sus asf. Well at least their whatsapp is active, no they didnt greet us, they just asked for booking code and passport. They left the keys in our room and thats it.Second, there was a roach in my room in the middle of the night I was so scared and since no one is EVER in the reception, i gotta whatsapp. And having the worst luck, their phone died. Well, after 20 minutes they cameback and helped me in the end. Third, i got a connecting room. Which means, zero sound proofing. Because of the roach i was shouting (sorry im scared), the neighbour beside my room tried to contact the reception/whatsapp and threatened me that if i dont shutup they will call the police and in that terror of no one helping me, maybe i would prefer the police to show up instead. Minor problems: not enough heating for shower, and water from the bathtub is a bit yellow from rust. Views from the place is amazing tho LOL and in the end their service DID improve because everyone was probably complaining due to the absence of...

A huge disappointment – avoid at all costs!

I have never experienced such poor service in all my travels! Check-in is supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, we had to wait over 30 minutes in what they call a “reception” (a tiny room with two chairs and no staff to welcome guests). Because of this delay, our taxi left and we missed a long-planned excursion!

The room was far from clean: gecko droppings on the ceiling, and the air conditioner kept turning off every 20 minutes (impossible to sleep under these conditions). We tried to contact the staff — the young man was unreachable (never answered calls), replied to messages only every 10 minutes, and initially refused to change our room. In the end, they gave us a room from a lower category, with no compensation whatsoever.

To top it all off: no hot water for the bathtub, only for the shower — and even that with extremely low water pressure. The Wi-Fi signal was also incredibly weak, practically unusable.

In short, don’t waste your time or money here. There are far better options in Sunset Town. Just...
