ดิฉันขอรีวิวตามความจริงจากการเป็นผู้บริโภค ท้าวความก่อนว่าได้เข้าพักทางโรงแรมในซันเซ็ตทาวและทางโรงแรมมีอาหารเช้าให้ฟรีทุกวันโดยจะมีบริการรับส่งไปกลับโรงแรมกับร้านแห่งนี้ ในส่วนคุณภาพอาหารกินได้ค่ะไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรรสชาติปกติเลย ปัญหาอยู่ที่อาหารเช้าเพื่อนสั่งบะหมี่เป็ดคนนึงอีกคนสั่งออมเลต ก็ไม่ได้มีปัญหาอะไรค่ะ ส่วนดิฉันอุตริอยากลองจาจางมยอนไอบะหมี่เกาหลีน้ำดำอ่ะค่ะ เห็นในเมนูบอกว่าเรคคอมเมน พร้อมทั้งอยากกินติ่มซำซึ่งสะดวกชำระเองค่ะ และสิ่งที่ฉันได้มาคือ สปาเกตตี้หมูซอสแดง งงกันทั้งบางสิคะ จาจางมยอนกลายเป็นอันนี้ได้ไง จึงเรียกพนักงานสาวชุดแดงมาคุยว่าทำผิดนะคะ ชียืนยันว่าถูกแล้วเนื่องจากทางร้านไม่มีจาจางมยอนเลยทำเมนูนี้ให้ลูกค้าแทน เป็นคุณคุณจะโมโหมั้ยคะ แทนที่ทางร้านจะเข้ามาแจ้งว่าไม่มีจาจางมยอนแต่กลับบังคับให้ลูกค้ากินเมนูที่ตัวเองไม่ได้สั่ง พอเราเริ่มไม่พอใจสีหน้าพนักงานสาวชุดแดงเริ่มออกอาการมีเบ้ปาก หันกลับไปคุยภาษาเวียดนามกับพนักงานคนอื่นซึ่งเราไม่รู้หรอกค่ะว่างนางพูดอะไรแต่มันเสียมารยาท ทันทีเกิดเรื่องผู้จัดการผู้ชายเข้าชาจแจ้งว่าเคยมีลูกค้าเกิดกรณีแบบนี้ขึ้นหลายครั้ง (งงมั้ยทำไมไม่จัดการให้มันดีปล่อยให้เกิดซ้ำๆ) ผู้จัดการแก้ไขปัญหาด้วยการให้ส่วนลดติ่มซำ30เปอเซนต์ จากราคาเต็ม190฿เหลือ120-130฿บาทไทย ไม่พอใจในเรื่องของบริการเอามาก สาปค่ะ คนไทยคนไหนจะมารบกวนอ่านหรือถามก่อนนะคะว่าเมนูนี้หน้าตาแบบนี้ไหม...
