Positives: ||Excellent leadership by Manager Mrs. Chang, who personally manages all aspects of the hotel.||Warm, homely, and family-like atmosphere.||Comfortable rooms, well-suited for family stays with double beds.||Superb breakfast with fresh continental spread, highly vegetarian-friendly.||Live counter with a chef who listens and customizes dishes.||Clean, tidy property with excellent location.||Most staff were proactive and attentive.||Vegetarian guests can request personalized meals in advance.||Negatives: this is one of the Disastrous experience ||Front desk/junior staff (phone, WhatsApp, and in-person) need more flexibility and guest-friendly approach.||Heavy charges for early check-in (before 2 PM) and additional breakfast made arrival experience less welcoming.||Early check-in policy could be improved to respect and accommodate guests better as this is most situation when guests turn up at 11 AM early in morning , should not be extra charged for entire LAST Night plus BREAKFAST EXTRA PER PERSON OF 10000 Dongs . |Front desk/junior staff need more flexibility.||Early check-in charges (before 2 PM) and extra cost for breakfast felt unwelcoming. It has made our trip budget Go hay way. ||Recommendation: ||Highly recommended hotel for families and vegetarians. Excellent food, cleanliness, and location. For any special needs or better service, guests should directly approach Mrs. Chang, as her leadership and customer care stand out. Improving flexibility at the front desk, especially for early check-ins, would make the overall experience perfect.||Detailed:|The best part of this hotel is the warm, family-like feeling created by the Manager, Mrs. Chang. She is down-to-earth and personally oversees everything—from the kitchen to the staff, front desk, customer service, and guest support. Her leadership ensures nothing is missed when it comes to service quality.||The rooms are comfortable and well-suited for family stays with double beds. The location is excellent, and the entire property is neat, clean, and tidy.||Breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, superb continental offerings with a wide vegetarian-friendly variety that caters perfectly to international tastes. The live counter was especially impressive, with the chef preparing healthy, delicious dishes while attentively listening to each guest’s preferences. Vegetarians can feel completely at ease here and may even request their preferred dishes a day in advance.||Service standards were extraordinary, and most staff were highly proactive. However, the customer support team at the front desk (junior staff managing phone, WhatsApp, and in-person inquiries) could be more flexible and accommodating. For example, we arrived around 11 AM from the Sapa bus stand and were charged heavily for early check-in (before the standard 2 PM), along with breakfast. A more guest-friendly approach to early arrivals would make a huge difference and leave a better impression for future recommendations.||That said, Mrs. Chang’s personal involvement truly stood out. She is an excellent manager, a great leader, and someone who listens carefully to customer needs. I would highly recommend speaking directly with her if you need support—she ensures every guest feels cared for.||Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way: convenient stay, homely atmosphere, great vegetarian food, and outstanding management. Highly...
Read moreI had the pleasure of staying at Eden Boutique Hotel in SaPa during my previous visit, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to the town’s main attractions while providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration. You’re treated to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, which add an extra touch of charm to the stay.
The rooms at Eden Boutique are comfortable and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. They offer a cozy and clean environment, and the furnishings reflect a blend of comfort and local style, making it a great home base for your adventures in SaPa.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Jenny, in particular, was outstanding. She was always available to offer helpful recommendations, arrange transportation, and make sure my stay was as smooth as possible. Her personal touch made a big difference in making the hotel feel like a home away from home.
Another big plus was that Eden Boutique Hotel is pet-friendly. As someone who loves to travel with pets, this was a wonderful feature that made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s great to find a place that welcomes furry companions, and it added an extra level of comfort to the experience.
Although this review comes a bit late, I wanted to express my appreciation for the warm hospitality and comfortable stay at Eden Boutique Hotel. If you're looking for a well-located, friendly, and pet-welcoming hotel in SaPa, this one is definitely worth...
Read moreWe highly recommend Eden Hotel and Spa! We are a middle class family (2 adults and 2 children ages 6 and 8) from Ontario, Canada and this hotel was nicer than a Holiday Inn. It had a lot of unique charm. The exterior and interior design (marble, paintings, elevator, tile floor, balconies) were beautifully thought out. Our two breakfasts were outstanding (e.g., fried noodles, fried rice, cooked broccoli and carrots, scrambled eggs, toast, jam, butter, cereal, pho, tofu dish, plain rice, a variety of fruits, yogurt). Excellent coffee. The breakfasts we ate were healthy and delicious. Our hotel room was very clean and we had access to Netflix (English movies). The shower had great water pressure. All the amenities were included (toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water, mini fridge, bathrobe, towels, hair dryer). From the hotel it took us 10 minutes to walk with children to the downtown core. The hotel location is close to the centre of the city but walking there with children is scary! Lots of motorists beeping and narrow roads and sidewalks. Not an ideal city for walking with children. Also a very smelly city! Luckily, there were lots of kid friendly restaurants (pizza, hamburgers, pasta) if you need a break from Vietnam. We booked a trek through Sapa Sisters (highly recommend) and we had a blast! We had amazing foot massages at the Eden Hotel Spa. Highly recommend the spa as...
