The guy who works physically grabbed other customer's phone and bashed it on the table after she requested to get a receipt for her purchase, which he refused to give with no explanation. He simply said he wouldn't do it, I'm a rude way told us to go away. When the lady tried to explain the reason she needed to get the receipt (to get refund from travel agency), and tried to ask him to then say it on camera as the proof if he refused the receipt, he screamed, grabbed her and tried to go around the bar table to physically threaten her further.
