Sapa Wings Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

We arrived to Sapa at 5 in the morning. We arrived to the hotel and tried to do an early check in. There was no one in the reception. After an hour of waiting a rude young man came out all sleepy and told me he was fully booked and I should wait until 14.00 to check in so I asked him if he could help me call other hotels and see if we can get a room for a few hours. He refused to help me and said he will cancel my reservation on booking and I can leave and find another place myself. At the end we left and found a room somewhere else and we came back to check in at 14.00. the room was ok-ish...they claim they are a new hotel but everything looks dirty and broken. Also by the end of my one night stay I got an email from booking saying j didn't show up and asking if that was correct. If course I answered that I checked in and I slept there. Probably they wanted to save the booking commission they need to pay so they cancelled my reservation and kept the cash for themselves. Overall horrible, don't go there.room is not so bad but the service is just terrible and they bearly...

I would like to recommend this Sapa Wing Hotel! On 28 Oct when I arrived in Sapa, I checked in a Hotel that I booked on booking.com, but I experienced something unusual there, even changed a room, still the same things happened on me, then I decided to cancel the booking and ask for refund, the management also immediately approved not even ask a single word, it’s make me felt that my sense and what I encountered are 💯 correct without failed. In the midnight, I’m out from that hotel booked online and walking on the street, passed by Sapa Wing Hotel, the reception is very friendly young boy (I think son of the owner), allowed me to take a look on the room then decide, in the end, I decided to stay at Sapa Wing Hotel for 4 nights! Sapa Wings Hotel that is amazing. My family stay in sapa 3D2N . Room very clean , services and staff perfect. Weather in sapa cold make my little girl tired but when we come to this Hotel we forget. Buffee breakfast so nice , make us full in the morning. The staff helpful and support my wife take care 2 little girl . Hotel in the Sapa Center , easy to come visit church and lake . Waking 2-3 minutes, we can easy find restaurants and something in sapa . The staff they keep smiling all time wish us .
