1. fried trout spring roll Light n crispy on the outside while moist and soft on the inside due to the trout. It was a delight in having the diff in texture in ur mouth. The first crunch followed by softness of the fish flesh. Dip into their sauce for an enhanced taste or just eat it as it is. 2. Grilled pork noodle w spring roll The spring roll is veg spring roll. The crust is fried to the same consistent as the trout spring roll but the inside is also still crunchy due to the veg. The grilled pork was done ok. The noodles is dried rice noodle to eat w the sauce. Overall taste good but the pork can be improved. 3. Fried chicken w bamboo sticky rice The winner which made me decide to give it 5 stars. The way it was plated to how crunchy the skin of the chicken was and yet moist was the meat. Eat w the peanut powder n chili sauce was fantastic. The sticky rice was sweet n chewy which makes the dish all the more fun. Simply delightful. But the sticky rice is hard to cut I say first

Ordered mix veg listed as a H'mong speciality dish. Nothing overly special about the veg, just tossed together with some garlic. Husband ordered veg noodles which came on a lovely looking platter set but the tray took up more space than food. Spring rolls were decent. The noodles were plain rice noodles but the portion wasn't big enough and the broth was only ok. The tofu was fine, deep fried and crispy on the outside but bland until dipped into the broth. Beware: the prices listed on the menu are not what they charge which left us feeling disgruntled because we were willing to pay just list the correct price. The egg coffee was less than lukewarm and was not well balanced. The local beer is also overpriced compared to other restaurants in Sapa. The soup was tasty but we were disappointed after reading so many glowing reviews on here. Perhaps other dishes are better but our dishes weren't good and we wouldn't recommend it.

Really good restaurant, that's a little hard to find in the heart of Sa Pa. Looks like a dining room of a house that's been converted to a restaurant. We ordered the following - 1) Potato Soup (Sup Khoai Tay) - Soothing thick warm soup for the cold weather. 2) Fried spring rolls with sapa trout - Crunchy spring rolls, good quantity and tasty! 3) Dzay sausage with picked pepper sauce and potato - Hmong style sausages. Comes with a side of large fries. Pretty filling. 4) Hmong smoked bacon with village vegetable - Smoked pork with a bunch of local greens. Served with rice and soy sauce and chillis. 5) Deep fried chicken leg with lemongrass ginger and wild honey - Delicious. The chicken leg was small but the accompaniments made up for it. Purple sticky rice served in bamboo sticks. This is a must visit in Sa Pa.

I will not change the rating. Honestly, even 1 star feels too generous.

The rude and unprofessional attitude your staff showed yesterday was completely unacceptable, and it led to a very unpleasant experience. There are already several negative reviews about the same staff member, so it is clear that I am not the only one who experienced this.

I have taken photos showing everything — the difference between the menu price and the actual bill, and also your staff’s irritated and unfriendly behavior when we pointed it out. There was no proper apology or explanation at all.

And now you say the menu I saw had prices from “5 years ago”? That’s the first time I’ve heard that. If the menu price and the actual price are different, you should politely apologize or explain, not just hand me the bill and demand payment as if nothing is wrong.

Also, your staff brought dishes I never ordered. If your staff brings something I didn’t ask for, am I supposed to eat it anyway?

Please ask your staff again: Do they really think 1 star is unfair?

This is not just a “negative review.” It is a public warning so that others won’t suffer the same experience I did.

I will share everything — including the photos — on various websites and community platforms in my country. Do not ask me to adjust the rating. Earn your stars through real service and taking responsibility.

The bill was not corrected by your staff — I corrected it and pointed it out to your staff myself. Don’t make up stories or say things that aren’t true. Gi존zl뷰 Menu says one thing, the bill says another. Something “extra” for foreigners, perhaps? 😉 Wishing the owner lots of luck — must be profitable overcharging...

Service was really disappointing. I ordered three dishes, but they forgot two out of three. When I asked why it was taking so long, they said shrimp takes time to cook (I ordered shrimp fried rice). However, another table who ordered after us got their Schweinshaxe first. Later, the waitress admitted she forgot to place our order. When my Schweinshaxe finally came, they didn’t provide any utensils, scissors, or tongs — and the tong they brought later was dirty. I also asked for water twice, and both times they forgot. They even cut the Schweinshaxe for other customers but not for us. When I brought this up to the manager, they first offered a 20% discount, but honestly, the dinner was already ruined — I only ate half of my Schweinshaxe because the fried rice never came. I asked for a 50% discount and ended up going to another restaurant. The owner was kind, but the waitresses were untrained and inattentive. Overall, a very...
