BOSS Store — Local services in Brisbane City

It is a sad day indeed for the Boss Store, Brisbane, now that staff member extraordinaire, Jacob, will be leaving the store just before Christmas. Jacob has worked at the Boss Store for around four years and was a pivotal character in my first few Boss Store experiences, and soon after, in becoming a frequent rerun customer.

Most recently, and where I learned of his leaving (by him), Jacob acquired (via inter store transfer) from the Boss Store Indooroopilly, a very specific item for me, after the two female assistant’s there seemed quit bothered by my Oct 23 interest in that and other store items souring that relationship there. But not to worry as Jacob won the sale and my respect, yet again, in sourcing the item, promptly contacting me when the item was in and treating me with the showcase service he always had. To be honest, I’m glad for the regrettable service at Boss Store Indooroopilly, otherwise I would not perhaps have seen Jacob before he left. Jacob is not leaving his sales or retail prowess behind as he is moving on to new experiences and challenges with one of the hight end stores in the Queen St Mall.

Thank you Jacob for your years of service to the store, the brands reputation and of course to myself. I will miss your expertise, our long conversations and yes, the whisky… Good luck with your new endeavours, you are a credit to your new...

Have attempted to come to this store twice now, today I tried to enter at 4:40pm all doors were closed and not a soul in sight, no signs on the door or anything to indicate otherwise. My first visit was a shocking also, I came to get a simple white mesh T-shirt in my size as I always shop at the city store. I then had some Asian lady trying to force me to try the shirt on after I had told her I am a regular customer of the city store and Sydney and Melbourne. The stock in this store is very minimal and staff are under trained. Save your time and make the trip to the city store much better service and...

Really bad service and super unfriendly attitude from male Sales Assistant. Eyed me head to toe when I walked in with judgement.

I had a good experience shopping here before, I don’t know what happened, whether he was having the worst day of his life or something, the store was super quiet but the male worker today seemed like he hated his life and us who walked in the store are such nuisances to him. Not a good look for the brand, especially Father’s Day coming up he should be more welcoming to customers.

Spent over $300 only to be treated like my business wasn’t needed there. Never...
