LYING, THIEVING COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS CAR HIRE COMPANY!!!!!!

THEIR AGENT FAILED TO EXTEND MY TRIP (TOOK THE MONEY, BUT DIDNT EXTEND THE TRIP). 1 HOUR OVER THE BOOKING TIME THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN TOWED WITH MY BELONGINGS IN IT!!!!! NO ONE CALLED ME TO SAY THE BOOKING FAILED TO EXTEND, NO ONE CALLED ME OR MADE ANY CONTACT WITH ME TO LET ME KNOW THE CAT WAS BEING TOWED, IT WAS ILLEGALLY TAKEN FROM MY SECURE PARKING FULL OF MY PROPERTY!!!!

I HAD A GENUINE ROLEX, NUMEROUS DESIGNER ITEMS AND A WHOLE BEDROOM WORTH OF STUFF IN THE CAR AS I WAS MOVING HOUSES. GO GET MADE IT A NIGHTMARE TO GET MY STUFF BACK!!! TOOK OVER A WEEK OF ORGANISATION, I MADE IT TO PICK UP MY STUFF - THE CAR WAS THERE HOWEVER MY STUFF WASNT. MORE HOURS ON THE PHONE AND SEVERAL EMAILS LATER MY STUFF WAS FINALLY RETURNED TO THE VEHICLE. TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE FOR THEM TO ALLOW ME REMOTE ACCESS TO THE CAR ALTHOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PRE ORGANISED!!!!

I GOT SOME OF MY ITEMS BACK HOWEVER THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF STUFF HAS BEEN THROWN OUT, MY ROLEX HAD BEEN THROWN IN A TRASH CAN AND WAS COVERED IN DIRT AND ALL OF MY BELONGINGS SMELT LIKE A RUBBISH BIN. THEYVE STOLEN MY PARTNERS DESIGNER BAGS, MY RING CAMERA (LAST FOOTAGE SHOWS IT BEING SMASHED, JOKES ON YOU GUYS I HAVE THE FOOTAGE AND SO DO THE POLICE), ONE OF MY OTHER WATCHES IS MISSING, ALL OF MY BEDDING, CRYSTAL SHORT GLASSES, PLATES, DOG BEDS, DOG BOWLS, DOG TOYS, WIFI MODEM, NBN BOX, NIKE SHOES, STANLEY CUPS AND SO MUCH MKRE STUFF - ALL STOLEN. GO GET CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE CEASED ALL COMMUNICATION WITH ME.

I SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THEM AND THEYRE NOTHING BUT LIARS AND THEIVES! THIS HAS OBVIOUSLY HAPPENED TO OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE SOME OF THE STUFF THEY RETURNED TO ME WASNT EVEN MINE!!!!!

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING AND HAVE RING CAMERA FOOTAGE AND CAR PARK FOOTAGE PLUS EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE.

YOUVE BEEN WARNED - DO NOT USE GOGET! THE CARS ARE HORRIBLE TO DRIVE ANYWAY, THEYVE NEVER HAD A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND COME FILTHY AND DAMAGED!

I am a resident who uses this centre daily, and I am extremely disappointed by the current state of its management and upkeep. What was once a well-maintained and welcoming environment has visibly deteriorated over the past two years — and it seems no one is taking responsibility. The condition of the lawn is appalling. It's patchy, dry, and an eyesore. It gives the entire centre an abandoned, poorly cared-for look. They put the fence almost 1 year i think. Security presence is either completely lacking or unprofessional often seen staring at their phones while pushing trolleys, seemingly unaware of or indifferent to what’s happening around them. There was crazy guy yesterday but hard to find security. And finally she came and call the police. Frankly, it’s unacceptable.

Is there actually a centre manager? I once saw someone — a shorter individual who walked with confidence and wore a name tag that said “Al**”. If he is the manager, then I strongly urge him to step up and start managing the center properly. Right now, it feels like no one is in charge, and it shows in every corner of this place. As someone who lives here and sees this decline day after day, I am asking — no, expecting — action.
