Certainly one of the worst business lounges at Melbourne airport which unfortunately gives a poor first impression and just does not come even close to the fantastic service that you get on board with Singapore Airlines.
The space itself feels very small and with no natural light, it feels very tight and not comfortable. There are a number of lounges on this level that have used the space that although doesn’t have any windows outside, makes it feel more welcoming.
The amount of seating is not sufficient for the number of people who regularly and it always is very full / difficult to get a seat.
Food selection is less than you’d expect from a business lounge (even domestic let alone international) and unfortunately what food is provided, the quality is poor by comparison to the other equivalent lounges at Melbourne airport.
Would be great to see some investment from Singapore Airlines to improve...

We came in with an emergency situation, and she was right on to it to help us to the best of her ability. This is truly Singapore Airlines unworthy. Staff is unfriendly, but that’s the same at the SilverKris lounge at T3.
SQ ground staff have a severe attitude problem. They forget that their passengers ensure them of work and feel we need to thank them on our bloody knees for letting us use the lounge.
