I had a terrible experience with this place. I ordered âLa Deliâ, the sales girl asked me â Ham n cheese? I said âLa deli âpointing it. and she charged me for both. When I asked for refund for the charge âham n cheese toastâ,which I didnât order, she processed it and told me to wait for two working days. I was asking for contact details in case I didnât receive it as I am flying away, she said I could talk to the manager. The guy came to me and was trying to write the contact information for me after hearing my story, while I was waiting, I took a photo of his job card hanging on his neck just in case I didnât receive my refund, he started to be very angry and gnarling at me. I deleted it immediately and showed him itâs not there any more. However, He still insisted that I gave him my phone, he wanted to do something. I said I will hold on with my phone and he could check, he was very rude and angry saying that âI am not going to help you â and walked away with my receipts.I was shocked with his behaviour as a manager. When I went back asking the girl to reprint all my receipts, she did it for me. After I left, the grumpy guy went to the girl telling her that she didnât have to. As for the food, La Deli sandwich is so salty that you just want to drink two bottles of water! Maybe thatâs why they make it so salty. In sum, Terrible food and terrible customer service. Most of all, terrible grumpy âmanagerâwas employed there. He should be sacked...
   Read moreIt was such a que! Out came the Manager Sanjay and he was so so efficient and cleared the back log so fast with fantastic customer service and efficient. Amazing to see him lead so well thanking his team and jumping in to help the young staff who was taking so many wrong orders. Not once he showed any annoyance especially while dealing with alcoholic drinkers and their orders!! Bravo he made my day just seeing such efficiency at the both counters done by him and dealing with it professionally!! I gave him a personal feedback but do want the Brunetti Main brunch to send him trained counter staff who know names of Coconut Macaroons. !! Young girls who need more experience. What an efficient Manager who cleared so much of their orders etc. Please support the Manager. He is amazingly efficient!!...
   Read moreAvoid the croissants! Just got a coffee and nutella croissant for breakkie. When I ordered the croissant the lady asked whether I wanted it warmed up, which was probably a red flag. When I politely declined the offer, the lady and her coworker exchanged a suspicious smile. As soon as I sat down and took a bite I realised how stale the croissant was so I told the lady a few minutes after and asked her if it was possible to have something fresh from the day. She then started looking through the croissants while whispering with a low and unconvincing voice that they were all from this morning, which was obviously not true.
