My friend and I were browsing around the store (yesterday on the 9th) when i realised we were being followed around by a white male employee. He kept walking around us pretending to fold clothes and eying us before coming up to us asking if we needed help with anything, my friend is deaf and didn’t hear his question properly and was confused so I just said no we were all good. I guess this MAN took this as a sign of suspicion and continued to follow us. A young Asian and a young black girl. When the store was full of other teenagers who were doing the same exact thing. He was so rude and entitled standing around acting as if he owned the place even blocking our way to leave because he was too busy gossiping with his coworker, absolutely no costumer service skills. We did not feel comfortable talking to this male worker about what we were after and I found it hilarious how he acted like he was doing something by following us around as if he was waiting for us to steal something. I promise you aren’t going to be getting promoted by following 2 coloured girls- However Asian woman at the counter and this other girl in the change rooms were lovely. It’s just a shame people like this ruin the store’s image and make young women of colour feel unsafe and unwelcome. Victoria secret, if you truely value how your costumers are treated in your store then you should evaluate his attitude and avoid hiring...

Terrible customer service. Would give -stars if I can. Shopping experience has become extremely uncomfortable esp when I was trying out the fragrances, the older Asian woman asked me if I have budget and if I was going to buy. I said I was trying to figure out what I want and she watched me like a thief for the entire time . Anyway, I tried to avoid her and just ended buying for my friends and not for myself. When I bought the perfumed lotions , I asked the other staff at the counter if I can get an exchange if my friends let me know the scent they want (I was purchasing on behalf of friends and couldn’t contact them at that time). The staff told me no issues, it was possible to exchange within 14 days of purchase. When I went to store to get exchanged on the 10th day, the staff was about to exchange when this older Asian (Korean) woman came and said I cannot exchange because it’s not within the allowed date, I told her it hasn’t been 14 days. She realised she was wrong so she changed her excuse to I cannot get an exchange because I bought it on sales and now it’s slightly more expensive (which doesn’t make sense at all). Anyway she tried to keep giving excuses although the bottles were fully intact and sealed. All the other staffs were left confused. Terrible business ethics. Genuinely one of the most irritating shopping experiences of my life. I just came in to look for a bra, I know my size - I’m a 34C. I ask a sales lady where to find a specific bra I want and she shows it to me then asks my size which I tell her, to which she responds “oh I don’t think that’s your size” then insists on measuring me. I just give in and let her, she tells me I’m a D cup and writes it on a piece of paper and tells me to take all the bras I’ve chosen and go to the fitting room. I think that’s that and head over to try on my choice of bras, where the lady takes the paper from me tells me to go into a changing room so she can measure me up. I was confused why I’m being measured again but stayed quiet. The lady then evaluates I’m a double D, which is INSANE because I fit a C and the double D was massive on me. Another lady then comes in to take care of me and then takes away all my choices and brings me different things to try on which severely aggravated me. I insisted I’m a C and want to stick to that, I even tried on a C cup to show her it’s my size and she just gives me a judgmental look and insists I get a bigger size. Oh my god I could go on about how this kept going on for ages and at some point I had to insist she just left me alone to take...
