Eat elsewhere do not bother wasting your money here. I ordered the fish of the day which was $24 snapper, I had my fish grilled and it was absolutely terrible!! It was an extremely thin fillet which tasted and had the texture of cardboard(definitely frozen!!) the fish did not come with any seasoning whatsoever not even a wedge of lemon! I had to pay extra for a small chips, salad and tartare sauce I ended up paying $47.28 for one person! Although I sat and ate as a dine in customer my entire meal was in seperate take away boxes making it extremely difficult to carry it all and very wasteful. The lady serving me who appeared to be Spanish/latin was very rude and not friendly at all. There was only one man at the back cooking everything himself(poor guy). They also had very loud radio/music playing on the outside speaker which wasn’t pleasant. The bin outside was also overflowing with rubbish probably due to all the hundreds of boxes/containers they give everyone. I truly regret eating and wasting my money here, I wish I had walked across to The Island restaurant. Do not waste...

The staff were lovely and tried to be helpful but the food just isn't very good. The portions, however, are really big. The website advertises items they don't sell, that doesn't help. When we went, they were out of most types of fish. I know they were busy but a quick 30 second cardboard sign saying what they were out of or what they had left would've helped. Everything was way over cooked. Instead of the batter being a lovely golden colour, it was the colour of dark caramel, which meant the flavour had been cooked out of everything. The tempura prawns weren't. They were in a normal heavy batter which meant not only did the ponzu sauce not work, it tasted wrong. Very disappointing. There was a huge queue not long after we ordered, and it took over half an hour for us to get our food, and we didn't order that much, there was just two of us. What an absolute disappointment! I had previously left a four star review but I’ve had to lower it to a one star! Today I spent $100 on fish and chips and it was honestly the most disgusting/worse fish and chips I’ve ever had! The batter was falling off of all of the fish, it was excessively greasy and the fish tasted funny to the point where we just ate the chips and left the fish. Usually the quality here is fantastic, but I don’t know what happened today! I would like to also note that there was only one staff member working today and she spoke nearly no English which made the whole ordering process very difficult.
