Buyer Beware: I made a booking error and asked for a refund next day (3 weeks before departure) and they said no refunds. Only a credit was available. Too bad we never get to Perth, only once every few years.

So we lose the money and get nothing for it.

Make sure you carefully read the terms and conditions of the website before making any purchases. Looks like they have it locked up so if you make an error you can't get your money back.

It’s a lovely island where people enjoy biking around it and snorkeling in the many beautiful beaches. However, the transport system was most unsatisfactory. The crowd size overwhelmed the bus capacity ( it was during the January peak season) which meant it was unwise to make more than one stop, since waiting to get onto the bus occupied most of our time. The authorities must either increase the number of buses available or cut the inflow into the island. The desire for revenue should not come at the expense of the unwitting tourist being deprived expecting of a great visit. Nice island,...

Took a trip to Rottnest Island with Sealink and had a great experience. Booked the ticket just a day before for around AUD 140 per person. The journey started from Barrack Street Jetty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ferry departed on time. They even served free fruit popsicles on board 😁
