The Elizabeth Quay Bridge is a beautiful spot to start your morning, especially if you’re out for a run or a peaceful walk. Running across the bridge in the early hours offers a stunning view of the Swan River, with soft morning light reflecting off the water and a calm atmosphere that’s hard to beat in the heart of the city. The air feels fresh, the space is open, and there’s a sense of tranquility even though you’re right near the CBD.

The design of the bridge itself is elegant and modern, curving gracefully over the water and linking the Quay area with the South Perth side. It’s wide enough to accommodate both pedestrians and cyclists, and it’s well-maintained with smooth, clean paths—ideal for runners. The views from the bridge are especially lovely at this time of day, with the skyline on one side and the expanse of the river on the other. You might even spot rowers or early ferries quietly gliding by.

Whether you’re a visitor looking to explore Perth by foot or a local enjoying your morning routine, the Elizabeth Quay Bridge is a refreshing and scenic highlight of the area. It’s a great way to...

A vibrant waterfront precinct nestled along the shores of Perth's Swan River, where modern architecture harmonizes with natural beauty to create a captivating urban oasis. As a nature lover, my experience at Elizabeth Quay was a delightful fusion of city sophistication and waterfront serenity. Strolling along the promenade, I was enchanted by the sparkling waters reflecting the skyline, while the lush greenery provided a refreshing contrast to the urban landscape. Finding a secluded spot by the water, I immersed myself in the tranquil ambiance, feeling a deep sense of connection with the river and its surrounding beauty. Whether savoring a gourmet meal at one of the waterfront restaurants or simply basking in the tranquility of the scenery, Elizabeth Quay offered a perfect blend of nature and city life, leaving me with cherished memories of a serene...

The Elizabeth Quay Pedestrian Bridge is a spectacularly unique, dynamic and contemporary destination for tourists and Western Australians. I was here on March 11, 2018. The iconic 22-meter high cable-stayed suspension bridge is a remarkable architectural feature that spans the entrance of Elizabeth Quay inlet. As part of the recreational routes in Swan River, the 5 meters wide and 110 meters long bridge has enough clearance for pedestrians walk, run, cycle, or ride a Segway. It sits high enough for moderate sized boats to pass underneath. The bridge is a gateway to the central business district, and provide links between the promenades, the island, and the Barrack Street Jetty. This beautiful and impressive structure will give you the amazing 360 degrees view of the  Swan River and Perth Central...
