It sure does exist. It's far from a world class tourist destination, but like most tourists spots, the selection of cafes and eateries is pretty ordinary. I can't know for sure, but I suspect the overwhelming cost of operating a business in a tourist location prevents you from running a venue people really enjoy, but it doesn't matter because people have to go there anyway due to the popularity of tourism. Perth otherwise, is a beautiful city and this spot does give you an opportunity to look at the Swan River on one side and city on the other.
