Absolutely incredible service! Super friendly and welcoming space to have a browse at beautiful pieces. What topped it off for me is meeting Dionne who helped me choose a fabric for the style of ottoman I wanted. This was a first for me - to custom design a piece of furniture. The result was OUTSTANDING! Dionne then came into my space and in less than half an hour my home was transformed with the addition of this new piece and some tweaks guided by her here and there. I'm in love and my place feels so much more homely.

Very impressed with the service from Jeanie and Mirek (in the warehouse). They were patient and accommodating when we were making our decision to purchase through them

The only reason they did not get a 5 star review was due to the fact that when I went in to pay, I found 4-5 staff members working in what looked like offices on a side room, who could see I needed help, however did the old look up, and look away. I had to physically stand over them and ask for help. Quite a let down from what was a well handled customer experience
